Penny (operated by TechNest / Flying V Labs) is a financial document-intelligence platform that extracts, organizes, reconciles, and exports business documents you provide. Access is currently by invitation and subject to the plan agreed with your organization.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Your organization’s administrator manages who has access and their roles. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
You retain all rights to the documents and data you provide. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the service (including AI-assisted extraction). You are responsible for having the right to upload the documents you provide. Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Don’t misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to breach security or access other organizations’ data, no reverse engineering, no overloading or disrupting the platform, and no uploading of malware. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Penny uses AI to extract data from your documents and flags anything that doesn’t reconcile for human review. Extraction may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing and approving documents before relying on the resulting ledger for accounting, tax, or other purposes. Penny is a tool, not a substitute for your accountant or professional advice.
We work to keep Penny available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features, with reasonable notice for material changes that affect paid plans.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
