Penny is a financial document-intelligence platform operated by TechNest (Flying V Labs) (“Penny,” “we,” “us”). Penny is provided to organizations (“customers”) whose authorized users access it to turn their business documents into a reconciled ledger.
To provide the service — extracting, organizing, reconciling, and letting you search and export your documents; to authenticate users and isolate each organization’s data; to secure, monitor, debug, and improve the service; and to communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your documents to train our own or any third party’s general AI models.
We share data only with providers that help us run Penny, under contract:
Each organization’s data is isolated at the database level. Source files are stored privately and served only through short-lived, access-controlled links. Sensitive third-party credentials are encrypted at rest. Access to production data is limited to authorized personnel. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. On request or account closure, we will delete or return your data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Because Penny processes documents on behalf of your organization, please direct such requests to your organization’s administrator, or contact us and we will assist.
